The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Died in a California Car Crash
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.
The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
The celebrated video game developer lost his life when his automobile collided and was engulfed in flames on a freeway in LA on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is a heartbreaking loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, his family, and all those touched by his creative vision," an official with Electronic Arts commented.
