Iran is willing to restart atomic talks with the United States as long as it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has stated.

Abbas Araghchi declared exclusively dialogue worked, and revealed recent overtures had come from intermediaries to reopen talks with the US government. He asserted Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Iran could not yet permit the UN nuclear inspectorate to visit attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.

Walking a Challenging Route

Subsequently, European countries exercised their privilege to restore global restrictions, but Iran insists they have not had a major impact.

Perfect Agreement Suggested

Iran's diplomats claimed they felt they had reached a "ideal resolution" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was decided an local partnership with US participation could process nuclear material. The two nations would have been able to declare success since home-based processing would have persisted and the US could be confident that Iran's atomic project was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been settled in the discussions that American atomic experts could operate within Iranian territory, but that was a logical implication of the partnership suggestion. Officials stated repeatedly they had secured an understanding with the US representative Steve Witkoff only for the arrangement to fall apart due to "detractors in America".

Present Position

Tehran representatives stated the partnership proposal was now no longer available, but it seems highly likely the suggestion could be reintroduced in some form if talks reopen.

The US president in recent days stated he had been receiving messages that Iran wanted to resume discussions, but privately Iran's diplomats claim they are not yet receiving clear proposals from America either straightforwardly or from significant local go-betweens, such as Qatar, Egypt, Oman and the Saudi kingdom. The Tehran's diplomatic corps has been criticized of inactivity in the face of Washington's unmediated tactics, but Tehran states negotiations is not part of a show.

Negotiating Position

In his speech to the forum, designed to portray the US as a controlling nation that abuses the concept of international law, the foreign minister stated the fortnight-long engagement revealed the conflict could not be settled by combat operations. He asserted the attacks began with a American requirement for an total Iran submission and ended with an absolute demand for a halt to hostilities.

Iran is assured the initial Israeli attacks were mounted with full US knowledge and cooperation, making confidence hard to reestablish.

Diplomacy Stays the Final Answer

The foreign minister stated: "It was not Iran that had fled negotiations; it was America and the Western nations that had repeatedly tried to impose their demands during the discussions. Negotiations can still be active and remains the final resolution to settle conflicts, but its requirements, guidelines and fundamentals must be followed."

"Provided that they address to the Iranian people with the tone of respect and respect, they will obtain a reply in the equivalent language."

Restoration and Reconstruction

In what is described by Iran's diplomats as the battle of repair and reconstruction, Araghchi stated he was certain Iran's defence capabilities "are much stronger than before 13 or 14 June of this year.
