Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
